ENROLMENT IS AN INVESTMENT IN YOUR CHILD’S FUTURE

Thank you for your interest in a partnership with King’s Christian School.
The Federal Government allows parents who choose faith-based schooling for their children to utilize a portion of their tuition fees as a charitable donation for income tax purposes.
This amount varies from year to year dependant on the cost of operating the school, the number of students attending, and the revenue received from sources other than tuition, for example, government grants.
The calculated cost per student attending King’s Christian School is deducted from each student’s tuition fees paid, and the remainder qualifies as a charitable donation for tax purposes.

- Preauthorized Debit over 10 months.
- Payment in Full or Two Parts (post-dated cheques for Sep/Feb, or Credit Card Online)
PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBIT (PAD)
Pre Authorized Debit withdrawals from your bank are available on either the 1st or 15th of each month September to June. Please submit the Pre Authorized Debit Agreement along with a void cheque to the KCS office. The PAD Agreement Form is available at the office or can be downloaded here.
PAD Agreements are transferable from one year to the next. Please let the Tuition Administrator know if your banking information has changed. In order to cancel or change your PAD, written notification is required at least 10 business days prior to the next scheduled withdrawal. If you are using the PAD payment method it will automatically be continued from year to year unless you inform the Tuition Administrator otherwise.
POST DATED CHEQUES
Cheques may be dated for the 1st or 15th of the month, September to June.
Tuition deposits will generally only take place twice a month and every effort will be made to deposit cheques as close to the cheque date as possible. On occasion, holidays or school closures may delay these deposits.
(Please note that the tuition tax receipt will be issued to the individual or business name listed on the cheque, unless a signed declaration indicating the true donor is submitted to the Financial Administrator at the beginning of every school year).
CREDIT CARD
KCS tuition payments that are made in Full or in Two Parts can now be paid online by credit card.
We have partnered with Plastiq, an online third party payment service provider, which allows you to use your credit card to make payments through their secure online system. Plastiq will be charging you a convenience fee for using their service. For additional information about Plastiq and convenience fees charged, please read our FAQ’s here. Registration with Plastiq is required.
KCS does not accept credit card payments made in person for tuition; this option is only available online. To make tuition payments online please click here.
